- There is no tradition. Tanzanite was unknown before 1967 and named by Tiffany & Co. shortly after; its standing rests on colour and scarcity rather than history.
Care Warm soapy water and a soft brush only. Never an ultrasonic or steam cleaner, and avoid sudden temperature change. Remove it for manual work.

This ring was designed and manufactured in our Adelaide studio by Peggy Wajer, who has been designing around individually cut gemstones since 1985. Every stone is chosen by Richard Moser, who learned the trade from his father Bruno — a gemstone cutter whose work was supplied to Tiffany & Co., Cartier and Mikimoto.
