- Pink amethyst is a recent arrival. It reached the trade in commercial quantities only in the past decade, so unlike most stones on this site it carries no inherited folklore.
Care Warm soapy water and a soft brush. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, which fades quartz colour over years, and avoid ultrasonic cleaning on stones with visible inclusions.

This ring was designed and manufactured in our Adelaide studio by Peggy Wajer, who has been designing around individually cut gemstones since 1985. Every stone is chosen by Richard Moser, who learned the trade from his father Bruno — a gemstone cutter whose work was supplied to Tiffany & Co., Cartier and Mikimoto.
